Currently designated as Director of the Office of Public Affairs and Public Service Focal Person. As OPA director, he is the editor-in-chief of the faculty newsletter Ti Similla and in charge of the university’s media and public relations. As public service focal person, he has been recently designated as co-writer of the UP Baguio public service report, and had been coordinating with the UP Padayon Public Service Office for its undertakings such as the first Colleges and Universities Public Service Conference in 2016. He wrote a training module for the National Archives of the Philippines “Training on Community Archiving” and also a training module on “Media Management” for the UN World Food Program through the Cordillera Studies Center of UP Baguio.

He obtained the degree Master of Arts in Language and Literature from UP Baguio in 2009 and was admitted to the faculty roster of the UPB College of Arts and Communication in 2013. He teaches Literature and Journalism courses. A freelance photojournalist, he contributes articles and photographs to newspapers and writes a column for a local Baguio newsweekly. His recent collection of ethnographic photographs is part of the inaugural exhibit of UP Baguio’s Museo Kordilyera.
