UP BAGUIO — The University of the Philippines Baguio (UPB) and the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) during a Ceremonial Signing activity signifying an important partnership between the two HEIs. The MOU and MOA outlined the terms of cooperation between UPB and MPSPC and serves as the framework for future collaborative efforts.
