DILIMAN, Quezon City — Faculty members from the University of the Philippines Open University conducted a two-day eLearning Capacity-Building Training Workshop on Open and Distance e-Learning for the Civil Service Institute (CSI) on 6-7 July at the CSC Central Office. The training-workshop discussed the theories, principles, and processes in course content development, and the creation and production of educational materials.
