MANILA — The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), led by Chancellor Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria, joined this year’s MoodleMoot Philippines at the Century Park Hotel, Manila on 5-7 July.
Dr. Bandalaria was accompanied by staff members of the Information and Communication Technology Development Office (ICTDO) and UPOU officials. UPOU ICTDO staff members delivered a series of sessions and workshops highlighting their expertise and success stories in deploying Moodle-based solutions to enhance the online learning experience of UPOU students. Meanwhile, UPOU officials presented their research on topics relating to the application of Moodle in online learning and the future of digital education in the country.
