LOS BAÑOS, Laguna — The University of the Philippines Open University launched Openg, the university’s chatbot for the UPOU Massive Open Distance eLearning (MODeL) platform, during the 1st International Symposium on Education and AI Convergence (ISEAC) of the UPOU-organized Tri-conference 2023, on 23 August.
Openg was designed to facilitate various aspects of navigating the MODeL platform, including account setup, course registration, and user guidance. Users can easily inquire using Openg through Facebook Messenger or the MODeL website.
