PADCAST is a twice a year round-table discussion which features experts on public service discussing public service issues and concerns.
The first PADCAST tackles the history of the UP Padayon Public Service Office, the experiences of its former directors, and the changes it has gone through in its pursuit of public service. The guests for this episode are:
