Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics Review Course

Objective:

This review course aims to provide an in-depth coverage of content areas for the Nutritionist-Dietitians’ Licensure Examination. It includes updates on and overview of issues concerning the field of nutrition and dietetics.

Participants are expected to have enhanced knowledge on the areas of basic science of food and nutrition, nutritional biochemistry and medical nutrition therapy, food service system and institutional management, and public health nutrition after completing the course
