MUNTINLUPA City — UP Los Baños led the International Conference on Academic Practice in Higher Education (ICAPHE) last 30 June.
Under the Commission on Higher Education-funded Transformative Academic Practice for Higher Education in the Philippines (TAPHEP) Project, over 130 participants from 51 public and private higher educational institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines. TAPHEP is headed by UPLB in collaboration with the University of Liverpool, UP Open University and 18 other private and public HEIs in the country.
A signing ceremony was also held to signify the commitment of the participants to support the Transformative Academic Practice for Higher Education Community of Practice (CoP). This CoP aims to propel improvements in teaching and learning through the collaboration of the participating HEIs.
