Objective:
Broadly, the goal of this endeavor is to lead in the preparation of Comprehensive Land Use Plans (CLUP) and Comprehensive Development Plans for client municipalities, to help in the uplifting of the quality of life of their citizens.
This service seeks to assess the existing biophysical, socioeconomic and environmental situation of the municipality, and to institutionalize the local development planning capability system within the local planning bodies of the municipality. Additionally, it seeks to develop a long-term land use plan for the client municipality to serve as the major basis of its zoning ordinance, and to help it prepare a comprehensive development plan.
Duration / Date:
The CLUP formulation takes about nine months, upon the request of concerned municipality or city.
