Objective:
The ICOPED has developed and is offering specialized training courses, seminars, and workshops for cooperatives and other self-help groups that aims to develop the knowledge and skills of their human resources.
This covers the basic competencies required of a member of Mediation and Conciliation Committee and the General Manager in the conduct of the affairs of the cooperative. It has been conducted twice between 2011 and 2016.

Target / Beneficiaries:
Cooperative officers, specifically mediation and conciliation committee and the general manager. Please note that only a maximum of 30 participants can be accommodated per CDA-prescribed training.
Cost of Participation:
PhP 500 per day per participant, inclusive only of the cost of training kit and honoraria of resource persons and training staff
