Objective:
The ICOPED has developed and is offering specialized training courses, seminars, and workshops for cooperatives and other self-help groups that aims to develop the knowledge and skills of their human resources.
This covers basic competencies required of the general manager to understand and appreciate better the value and importance of people in the cooperative organization, thereby enhancing his competency as manager. It has been conducted twice between 2011 and 2016.

The general manager of the cooperative. Please note that only a maximum of 30 participants can be accommodated per CDA-prescribed training.
Cost of Participation:
PhP 500 per day per participant, inclusive only of the cost of training kit and honoraria of resource persons and training staff
