Objective:

This training course provides orientation to personnel from the Department of Agriculture Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) in culture collection work.

It also provides training to the laboratory personnel of the Product Testing Laboratory, Post-Harvest Technology Division of BFAR in the identification and preservation of reference microbial cultures for microbiological testing of fisheries products.
