Training on Postharvest Handling Technologies for Fresh Fruits, Vegetables and Ornamentals

Objective:

This training provides participants an understanding of the theoretical bases of postharvest handling technologies, as well as their practical application to specific commodities and locations. These are in order to minimize losses and maintain and ensure the quality and safety of fresh produce.


Duration / Date:

One week every June or July, depending on the request


Target / Beneficiaries:

Private individuals, non-government organizations, and government staff, and farmers and traders
