Objective:

The ICOPED has developed and is offering specialized training courses, seminars, and workshops for cooperatives and other self-help groups that aims to develop the knowledge and skills of their human resources.

This course is designed to increase the knowledge of the General Manager in identifying the cooperative’s operations as an economic and social enterprise, thereby enhancing their competency in the management of the cooperative. It has been conducted twice between 2011 and 2016.


Duration / Date:

Three days


Target / Beneficiaries:

The general manager of the cooperative. Please note that only a maximum of 30 participants can be accommodated per CDA-prescribed training.


Cost of Participation:

PhP 500 per day per participant, inclusive only of the cost of training kit and honoraria of resource persons and training staff
