DILIMAN, Quezon City — The University of the Philippines Diliman National Center for Transportation Studies (UP NCTS) held a comprehensive training program on Road Crash Investigation and Analysis for North Luzon Expressway Corporation (NLEX) personnel, every Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11 to 27 July. The training equipped 30 NLEX professionals with specialized skills in road crash investigation and analysis.
