Dr. Rhodella A. Ibabao is a faculty of the University of the Philippines (UP) Visayas, Iloilo City teaching courses in urban and regional planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in BA Sociology-Psychology from the same university. She received her Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the School of Urban and Regional Planning in UP Diliman.
Lenore Polotan-dela Cruz is Director of the Office of Extension Coordination under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development. She is Associate Professor at the Department of Community Development, College of Social Work and Community Development where she teaches courses on disaster risk reduction and management, community leadership and organization development, community-based resources management, and participatory project development, monitoring and evaluation, among others.
Dr. Joane Serrano is currently the Director of the Information Office and the Multimedia Center at UP Open University. She has been with the university for 20 years and serves as an Associate Professor under the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) and also teaches courses in the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies and Faculty of Education. She was awarded the Academic Excellence Award when she finished her PhD in Development Communication in 2013.
